We ship worldwide from our studio in Clerkenwell. Whether you are just down the road or on the other side of the globe, we’ll get your stationery to you.

postage & packaging 

• UK Orders: Free delivery on orders over £50.00.

• International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

us delivery

All US orders are sent via a tracked service, so you can follow your stationery from our London studio to your desk.

Please note: Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are determined by US Customs.

eu delivery

• Orders under €150 (approx. £130): The price you pay at checkout includes your local VAT. You will not be charged any additional fees or customs duties upon delivery.

• Orders over €150: Standard international customs duties and taxes will apply and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

For all other countries outside the UK (and EU orders over €150), please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer.

returns

We hope you love your new tools. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns on unused and unopened goods in their original packaging.

• Please return items within 15 days of receipt.

• We can offer a refund or an exchange for the value of the goods.

• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

how to return

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to our studio.

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
